Congratulations! Your student has been selected from the waitlist and is being offered a seat at our school for the 2025-2026 academic year.

To secure this seat, you must first complete the Online Registration (OLR) process. You can access the OLR links on our website, via the Inbox of your Infinite Campus Parent Portal, or in the email you received offering your student a seat at Odyssey. Next, you must complete this form and submit all required documents within two weeks of the email notification sent to you offering your student a seat.

It is essential that all information provided is accurate and submitted on time to ensure a smooth enrollment process. If the registration process is not completed within this timeframe, the seat offer will expire. We look forward to welcoming your student to our Odyssey school community!

Parents of Elementary School students will assume the role of teacher for 90% of their child’s education. Upon enrollment in Odyssey Elementary, you accept the responsibility of providing transportation for your student to our campus TWO times per week at 2251 S. Jones, Las Vegas, NV 89146. In addition to weekly in-person attendance Odyssey students are required to participate in all state-mandated tests including WIDA, SBAC, and MAPS. Parents of Possible Kindergarten & 1st Grade Students

In accordance with NRS 392.040 there are minimum age requirements for kindergarten and first grade.

Kindergarten students must be five (5) years old on or before August 1, 2024. Regardless of homeschool or private school attendance.

First-grade students must be six (6) years old on or before August 1, 2024, and show completion of 1 year of kindergarten.

Thank you for your interest in Odyssey Charter Elementary School. At this time there is a waitlist for all grade levels. This means that those grade levels are at capacity. Please continue with this application if you wish for your child to be placed on the waitlist. Students are enrolled from the waitlist as seats become available.

We encourage you to complete the registration application since we anticipate that a few spots may become available as currently enrolled families choose an alternate school for their children. It is required that you keep your child enrolled at their current school or in another school since there is no guarantee that a seat will become available at Odyssey.

Title I Homeless Outreach Program for Education (HOPE)

Title I Homeless Outreach Program for Education (HOPE) aims to remove barriers preventing homeless and unaccompanied students from enrolling in school and achieving academic success. Through this initiative, Title I HOPE, students can access vital resources like school supplies, food, clothing, and transportation assistance. Eligibility for services is based on various living situations. If you believe your family qualifies for Title I HOPE services based on your current circumstances please contact the school to talk with our Social Worker. Schools must ensure equal access to education for homeless children and youths. It's important to note that information about a student's living situation is considered part of the student's record, and as such, it is subject to the protections of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), which safeguards the privacy of student education records. Based on your answer on the next slide you may be eligible and will be contacted by one of our Social Workers.
