By signing the next slide, reserving a ticket, and attending the Odyssey Charter K-8 Retro Skate Event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following rules:

All students are expected to adhere to the policies and guidelines found in the Odyssey Student Handbook.
Any use of drugs, alcohol, and tobacco products is strictly prohibited.
All students must behave responsibly and with respect for those around them.
Once a student or guest leaves the event, they may not return.
Backpacks, totes, duffel bags, etc. may not enter the event venue - only small bags are allowed into the event, and all bags are subject to search.
Students who violate these rules may be required to leave the event at the discretion of the Odyssey administration.
All students must have permission from parent/legal guardian as confirmed by their signature on this permission slip.
